Window seat – Photography
Of all the people availing the road transport in India, happiest are those who manage a window seat :). This “privileged” lot guarantee for themselves a more peaceful ride – albeit lesser shoving, more breathing space and reduced chances of people asking them to ‘adjust’ a little or having to carry a strangers child on their lap :D. This girl couldn’t contain her glee on finding for herself an empty window seat.

Sculpted trees – Travel diary
Srilanka’s cultural triangle is a gold mine of ancient architecture. So much so, that you can sometimes spot stone carvings from the past kingdoms along the roadways. In such a region peppered with intricate relics, even the trees seem to take on the appearance of sculptured pieces of precious art.
