I believe, we understand seven year itches all wrong
It isn’t about relationships alone
More importantly it isn’t about a decline
It’s about shifts, as we process our own life through the seasons it witnesses
Sometimes all there is, are realizations
and acceptance
All that is left to do now, is to grow
To surrender
Of having been hard too long,
It’s the season to soften, thaw once again
