I did not realise, just how much I needed a break till I went on an impromptu road trip along NH7 :).
The drive along National Highway 7 could not have been better, although sections of it are still under construction the drive was pretty awesome.
Way to go ;)- Long stretches of fresh new roads and sunflowers to brighten up the drive
Most villages use a substantial amount of their development funds to create magnificent temples:
Standing tall – a 12 meter high Hanuman statue marks the beginning of Anathapur town.
Iskon Temple for the Sun God, another spectacular sight, this one is incidentally just half a kilometer off the Hanuman statue in picture above
The drive continues along sprawling farms and rolling clouds.
