Recipe – Spiced apple “tea”

Ingredients (Serves 2) :

– Apple : three medium sized
– Piping hot Water : half a cup
– Ground cinnamon : one tiny pinch
– Ground nutmeg : one tiny pinch
– Ground cloves : one tiny pinch
– De-seeded and ground dates : three

Method:

Juice the apples, add water and spices. Sieve, to ensure the apple ‘foam’ and any coarse spices are eliminated.

Now blend in the ground dates.

Serve piping hot. 🙂

Taste verdict : Three and half lip smacks out of five .
