Fritters are the family’s guilty pleasure, and one they embrace with full gusto. This is a super quick and easy recipe for frittersĀ and one that doesn’t need any gram flour.
Ingredients (No specific proportions, add extra of what you like, skip what you don’t like:) ):
Coarsely ground Sweet corn
Chopped:
Red Onion
Fresh coriander leaves
Fresh mint leaves
Ginger
Freshly ground:
Garam masala (pinch)
Red chili powder
Roasted coriander powder
Salt to taste
Baking soda (pinch)
Cornflour (to help the fritters bind)
Method
Coarsely mix everything, and shape dime sized fritters. Deep fry on medium flame till cooked.
Serve these tiny golden nuggets of warmth, with a sauce of your choice, and pass on the smiles :).
